Burmantofts Co was a company producing decorative glazed terracotta relief tiles, art ceramics and faience architectural fittings, whose products were widely used in high status hotels and other establishments in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This photograph was taken for Bedford Lemere and Co itself.
