Description

Victoria Station was initially split into two adjacent buildings; the London, Brighton and South Coast terminus and the London Chatham and Dover and Great Western terminus. The Bedford Lemere daybook records A Whitehead as the architect or designer, and A W as the client for whom the photograph was taken, which probably refers to A Whitehead.
