Description

The Bedford Lemere daybook records that this photograph was taken for Hardman Powell. Hardman Powell and Company were art metal workers based in London. There is also a John Hardman Powell who was a mid Victorian stained glass artist working for the business of Hardman and Company, based in Birmingham.
