Description

Danesfield House was designed by W H Romaine-Walker and constructed between 1899 and 1901for Robert William Hudson, son of the soap entrepreneur Robert Spear Hudson. The photograph forms part of a series taken for Hudson's wife Gerda Francesca in 1908.
