Description

Frognal Cottage was the home of William Page, General Editor of the Victoria County History between 1902 and 1934. He moved there upon it's completion in 1906. The Bedford Lemere daybook records 'A Champneys' as the client for this photograph - possibly Amian L Champneys, son of the architect Basil Champneys.
