Description

Sir John Cass was a merchant, politician and philanthropist responsible for the establishment, after his death, of the Sir John Cass's Foundation. His charity funded the Sir John Cass Foundation School and the Sir John Cass Technical Institute (now part of the London Metropolitan University), shown here and designed by A W Cooksey.
