Description

This department store and offices, which became the premises of general drapers Peter Robinson, is listed as being designed by architect Sir Henry Tanner, however the Bedford Lemere daybook records the architect as Henry Tanner Jnr (his son). This is confirmed by the address of 12 Regent Street, written at the bottom of the drawing, which was his business address.
