Description

This design for the library was executed by the architect Rowland Plumbe. These new central premises for the Young Men's Christian Association at the junction of Tottenham Court Road and Great Russell Street, opened in January 1912 . It was replaced the 1960s by a new YMCA building on the same site, this one taking the address of 112 Great Russell Street.
