Description

The panel may be one designed by Detmar Blow and Fernand Billerey and executed by Emile Madeline to commemorate Hugh (Edward George Hugh Grosvenor), the only son of the 2nd Duke of Westminster and his wife Constance Edwina Cornwallis-West, who died in 1909 as a result of appendicitis aged 4.
