Description

This photograph, taken for architects Boehmer & Gibbs, shows a projected view of the Princess's Theatre site. A proposal drawing for a new building, or facade, has been inserted in to the space occupied by the entrance to the theatre. It is unclear if this design was ever constructed but it is known that the Princess's Theatre was demolished in 1931. See also BL21829 and BL21829A for other photographs of the theatre taken for the architects.
