Description
The photograph was commissioned by the architect who designed the building, F M Elgood. It appears not to have been taken on the same date as BL22467A, but at the same time as BL22551 taken in March 1914, for the Dorling Advertising Agency, when the building was now the premises of Vivian Porter & Co Ltd, blouse manufacturers and ladies wear wholesalers.
