Description

The Roman Catholic Cathedral of Westminster was built between 1895-1903 to the designs of architect John Francis Bentley. The wooden crucifix was made in Bruges to the designs of Bentley. In the Bedford Lemere daybook 'Private' has been recorded next to the 'Subject of Negative' column.
