Description

Nethercoat & Co were chandlers and sailmakers who during the First World War also made ammunition carriers and tents at their East Works and West Works. This photograph, referred to as 'outwork' in the Bedford Lemere daybook, was commissioned by Nethercoat & Co and also R Terrell & Company, engineers.
