Description

The building was designed by architect Peter Gaskell and the photograph was taken for P S Newbound. The Bedford Lemere daybook refers to the ticket kiosk as a pay box and has the name of the cinema recorded as the Central Picture Theatre, later renamed the Central Picture House.
