Description

The building was designed by architect Peter Gaskell and the interior decorators were Hampton & Sons Ltd. The Bedford Lemere daybook has the name of the cinema recorded as the Central Picture Theatre, later renamed the Central Picture House. The photograph was taken for P S Newbound.
