Description

The photograph shows two blocks of existing flats with the design drawing for the archway inserted between them. It was taken for E Wimperis & Simpson, architects, and is described in the Bedford Lemere daybook as 'Copy of combination photo. V516'. The location of the site has not been recorded, but as Wimperis was the surveyor for the Grosvenor Estate it could be in this area.
