Description

This Victorian Gothic detached house with a sea view was built by 1870 and was constructed in red brick with coloured brick bands. In 1916, Bedford Lemere & Co took this photograph for its owner Andrew Daniel Mearns, a director of the Cunard Steamship Company. The house has subsequently been demolished.
