Description

Major Herbert Phillips Fletcher was an architect and Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple. He died at the Royal Flying Corps Hospital for Officers as a result of injuries sustained while on duty. The photograph was taken for Banister Fletcher & Sons, an architectural practice established by his father in which both Herbert Phillips and his elder brother Banister Flight Fletcher were partners.
