Description

This house was originally two, both built in the 1730s but linked since the 1780s, with alterations made in the late 19th and early 20th century. The photograph (taken in the direction of the garden) was commissioned by George Trollope & Sons, builders and decorators, who were presumably involved in the latter alterations. The Duke of Abercorn was living here at this date.
