Description

During the early part of the twentieth century the Motor Club provided accommodation for its members including a reading room, library, restaurants, billiard room, smoking room, lounge and even a barbers salon. However, by 1930 the Mapleton Hotel was operating from this building. This is one of a series of photographs taken for Hampton & Sons, estate agents and auctioneers.
