Description

This photograph was taken for National Trade Press. The name of Sir H Ponsonby is recorded in the 'architect' column of the Bedford Lemere daybook, although this is likely to be a reference to Sir Henry Ponsonby who lived in an apartment on Marlborough Gate during Queen Victoria's reign.
