Description

This port authority office was built in 1912-22 to designs by architect Sir Edwin Cooper. The photograph was taken for Hollis Brothers & Company Limited, manufacturers of wood block flooring, who almost certainly carried out the construction of the parquet flooring within the building (see images BL25614/001-003).
