Description

The photograph is part of a set showing houses in the area taken for Martin, Hood & Larkin, printers. It is not certain that this building was at Portchester Farm, later named Murrills, although the negative has a label on it which says 'Portchester Farm House'. A railway line can be seen in the background, believed to be the Fareham to Portsmouth line.
