Description

This ship, built in 1905 for Hamburg America Line, was originally called Kaiserin Auguste Victoria. After the First World War it was given to Britain as part of war reparations and sold in 1921 to Canadian Pacific Railway Company who renamed it Empress of Scotland. The photograph of the drawing by Trollope & Colls Ltd is part of a set taken for Canadian Pacific Ocean Services.
