Description

The Bedford Lemere daybook records that the building was designed by the architectural partnership of Eric Thompson and James Thomas Walford, formed in London c.1904. The photograph was commissioned by J W Singer and Sons Limited, art metal workers of Frome in Somerset, who may have produced the sculptures and plaques shown in this image.
