Description

Lechlade Manor, a large Jacobean Style country house, was built in 1872-3 to the designs of the architect J L Pearson. By 1960 it had been converted into St Clothilde's Convent School.

The photograph was taken for Howard and Sons, cabinet makers, upholsterers and decorators based in London.
