Description

The Bedford Lemere daybook records a 'Mr Milne Esq' as the client for this image, and that the builders and decorators George Trollope and Sons were involved in works on the property.

Hay Green was subsequently renamed Kingsnympton Hall at some point around the mid to late 1920s, and was unfortunately demolished after sustaining heavy damage during a Luftwaffe raid on the 9th of September 1940.
