Description

The mansion flats were indeed constructed to a design well represented by this design drawing, and were built by the building contractors F D Huntington Limited, who commissioned the photograph. The flats were constructed for the Howard Walden estate and were designed by the architectural partnership of HW Wills and W Kaula, and so it is fair to assume that the drawing was also created by the firm.
