Description

This is one of a series of photographic copies of Maurice Randall paintings showing Caernarfon Castle taken for the shipping company, Union Castle Line. Randall was employed on-board Union Castle Line ships before being commissioned as an artist by the company. This view shows the investiture of the Prince of Wales, later Edward VIII.
