Description

The photograph of the painting was taken by Bedford Lemere & Co in 1926 for London Assurance. The painting was carried out by Thomas Martine Ronaldson (1881-1942). The name of the sitter has not been recorded in the Bedford Lemere daybook, but he is likely to have been connected with London Assurance.
