Description

The Bedford Lemere daybook records "Baynes" under the architect column for this photograph. The client is recorded as "Ball", probably a reference to Edward Ash Ball, who resided at Egg Hall was until his death in February 1927. The house was demolished in the mid-late 20th century and modern houses now occupy the site.
