Description

In 1927, the Chartered Institute of Secretaries had acquired the former hall of the Worshipful Company of Curriers, rebuilt by J Belcher in 1875. Tatchell & Wilson, architects, were employed to make various changes which included the former banqueting hall becoming a council chamber.
