Description

This appears to be a preparatory sketch for a later full reconstruction painting (see IC015/001). The quarry yielded the remains of these prehistoric animals as well as the remains of an early hominid nicknamed 'Boxgrove Man', of the species Homo Heidelbergensis, dating from around 500,000 years BP.
