The illustration was produced for the exhibition 'Revealing Helmsley'.

This is one of a series of drawings showing the development of the longhouse from the late medieval period. In this drawing the former byre and workshop has been separated off from the main house. See IC050/017 - IC050/023 and IC050/025 for the other phases of development.
