Description

The illustration is one of a set created in about 2003 - 2004, and may have been included in an exhibition at the site in 2004. A note in the margins in the artist's handwriting reads 'Old Sarum, Outer Bailey Panel G', so it appears that the illustration may have originally been intended for reproduction on an information panel at the site, almost certainly next to the remains of the cathedral.
