Description

Phased reconstruction number four of four. This illustration was reproduced as part of a plate showing four phases of construction at the site on page 21 of the 1997 English Heritage guidebook for Witley Court. The illustration was reproduced alone on page 24 of the 2003 site guidebook and in a digitally-altered form on page 35 of the 2008 site guidebook. Illustrations IC115/002 - IC115/004 show the house during earlier phases of construction.
