Description

The store was probably built in around 1928. Foundation stones were laid at the site by Barbara Jessie Burton and Stanley Howard Burton in 1929. In the early 2000s, the premises at 1-3 Bourne Avenue and 4 Richmond Hill were occupied by a New Look store. The unit at 6 Richmond Hill was a newsagents shop known as Square News.
