The item has been copied from the same original as MP/BAT0014 and MP/BAT0015. Like them it seems to have been derived from a tracing of an Ordnance Survey map, and to be part of the preparation of a publication drawing. The main buildings, field boundaries and topographic features have been included. There are annotations in pencil with indications of locations and areas to be tinted. There are scales in metres and feet, and a border drawn on, which cuts off some of the traced features. The date of October 1977 and the archive number and title are included in the bottom right-hand corner.
