The item is comprised of perspective sketches which show possible developments at different locations at the site. The sketches are: 'Church nave: possible display after excavation,' 'an explanatory site model,' proposed school accommodation on right,' ' abbey green closed to parking, visitors enter thro' courthouse,' and 'proposed works compound & reprovision of school garage accommodation.' The drawings have been hand-tinted in monochrome.
