The topographic survey was carried out by Plowman Craven and associates on behalf of Central Survey, DCES, and includes spot heights, contours, trees, services and buildings. The site of the proposed temporary building is shown on the survey plan, which is inset with a section demonstrating the visibility of the building from close to the stone wall, and from across Park Lane.
