The copy is comprised of a plan of the first-floor flat, and an elevation and a section of the gatehouse. It is labelled with reference numbers and notes recording work to be carried out on the gatehouse. A note says that the photogrammetry was carried out by Plowman Craven and Associates. The original drawing carried a label from English Heritage. The drawing number is BA/GG6C and the job number is 85019. The drawing was revised in November 1982, and in January and March 1985.
