The drawing shows the ceiling of the chamber in MP/BAT0410. A note says 'this barrel-vaulted ceiling has been rolled out from 3D data of the surface, based on a best fit curve of 2.200m mean radius.' The drawing is entitled 'developed view non-reflected ceiling.'
