Description

The drawings are annotated with measurements and construction notes. The windows and door are show at 1" to 1ft while the corbel, coping and string course are at 1/4 full-size (3" to 1ft). This copy was taken from a tracing of the original which had been signed by several Royal Engineers. This copy is also signed by G Lewis of G Lewis and Sons (Dover) Ltd, possibly the builders, and a witness.
