Description

The drawings are annotated with measurements and construction notes. The fixtures are shown in a mixture of plans, elevations and sections and a range of scales from 1/2" to 1ft to3" to 1" to 1ft. There is also a small pencil sketch of part of the bar hatch by the other hand-tinted drawings of this construction. The construction details are details of beams, shown in three drawing in separate areas of the paper at 1.5" to 1ft and an elevation and section of a partition at 1" to 4ft. This copy was taken from a tracing of the original which had been signed by several Royal Engineers. This copy is also signed by G Lewis of G Lewis and Sons (Dover) Ltd, probably the builders, and a witness.
