Description

The plans of the first- and second-floor are highly detailed and include fixtures and some furnishing. They also show section lines and are on a scale of 1" to 8ft. The elevation and a foundation plan are also on this scale. The foundation plan give detailed construction information as do a section at foundation and floor level and three sections of part of the drainage system. These are at 1" to 4ft and 3" to 4ft. The site plan includes some drainage information and is at 1:500. There are also a few pencil and ink pen notes and a pencil sketch which were not on the plan this was copied from. The drawing this was copied from had been signed by various Royal Engineers and this drawing is signed by someone for J W Heath Ltd, possibly the builders and a witness.
