The plans of the foundations and roof level are on a scale of 1" to 8ft and give detailed construction information. There are three sectional elevations at 1" to 4ft which also give detailed construction information. The front elevation is on a scale of 1" to 8ft. The four detailed construction drawings are all plans and show part of a partition and door frame at 1/4 full-size with the specific materials to be used. The drawing this was copied from had been signed by various Royal Engineers and this drawing is signed by someone for J W Heath Ltd, possibly the builders and a witness.
