Description

The sheet shows an elevation and plan of the bridge, and a plan and section of a supporting pier. Colour has been added in watercolour and pencil. The reverse of the sheet shows a postage stamp and postal address for H M Office of Works' offices in Edinburgh, so this sheet must have been folded, taped up and mailed to the recipients as it was.
