Description

The first attached letter, dated 15th April 1981 is from Wessex Water Authority sending the drawing to A. Russell, Area Officer for Salisbury Plain (Property Services Agency). The second note, dated 20th July 1981, from A. Russell gives additional information about the old and new mains.
