The impressive reredos dates from c1447 but the statues are all 19th century replacements as the originals were destroyed in the Reformation.

On the back of the mount for this print is the note: 'Oxford Pub. Lib'y 4755'.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.

The photograph was transferred from the library of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1936.
