Album of 70 pages, containing 134 photographic prints showing views of archaeological excavations undertaken by C J Young between 1976 and 1979. Although none of the prints are captioned, the majority are annotated with a two digit year reference eg. 77, followed by a site reference in Roman numerals and a number sequence. The site reference corresponds to the Wessex Archaeology excavation report number 18 'Excavations at Carisbrooke Castle, Isle of Wight, 1921-1996', by C J Young
